From the morning symposium on The Missing Middle to the closing conference panel on Innovative Design, we were inspired and challenged by this deep look into the world of affordable housing. During the Redevelopment symposium CAL-ALHFA joined the team that will bring back the best of redevelopment and will be working very closely with the new administration and legislature to accomplish that goal. Thank you to our legislative consultants Lisa Engel and Katie Kolitsos for your ongoing work in this effort. And thank you, Ophelia, for reminding us all that there is a place for innovation and hope in this crazy world we inhabit.
